Charging Policy

You stay in control...
Most internet hosting companies assume that they can automatically recharge your credit card when your domain name or hosting account are up for renewal.  At Q7internet we make no assumptions, we will tell you when there is something for you to renew and ask you to make the payment if you are happy with our service and want to stay with us. 

Note: if you do not renew we will not renew your domain name and will release it back to allow it to be registered by someone else, and we will delete hosting within 30 days of an account expiring.
