How long will it take for my hosting to become active?

Your web hosting account will become active as soon as your payment has cleared the checkout process.

How do I access my account?

Once your hosting account is active you will be able to logon to manage your hosting using the My Account link on our website.

What is unlimited traffic?

If you buy an unlimited traffic package the only limits we may impose are 25Gb per calendar month, or if your website consistently uses more than 5% of the server resources your site is hosted on.  If issues arise with your website we will always try to contact you before we restrict your website.  We may however suspend your hosting service if it causes serious performance issues on the server.

Can I host adult material?

NO, we will suspend any website we find hosting and improper material, please read our terms and conditions.

Can I host audio & video material?

Yes, you can host any type of material so long as it meets the performance and improper use criteria. 

Billing Questions

How can I pay for my web hosting account?

For both domain name registrations and web hosting accounts  we accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Delta.

We regret that we do not accept cheques, postal orders, standing orders or cash.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, every time you buy a product from us we will email you an invoice. 

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, all prices, except where specifically marked, are plus VAT.

Do you automatically re-charge my credit card?

NO we have a strict policy of not charging your card without your approval.  When your services are ready for  renewal we will send you a reminder invoice for you to pay.  If you no longer require the service simply do not pay the invoice and we will automatically suspend your service for 30 days and then remove it.

Am I tied into a contract?
